Have used cast iron frypans for years and love them. Wrapped to now have a good one with enamel coating. Great size, lovely colour, easy to clean and works beautifully. Love going from stove top to oven. Hoping to get matching grill pan next!

Hummmd and haarrrd over getting this but glad I did. Use it often I got the smaller size which is a good size for me. I was surprised also at the weight it’s not as heavy as some cast pots I've used and seen in the past. I think this dish and I will have a fun journey creating new delights.
