Purchased a casserole pot as a gift for my daughter. The lid was damaged in transit. Contacted Kit and Co who apologised, even though the fault was not theirs, arranged a replacement lid and advised to keep the damaged lid. The damage was only paint peeling. When the replacement arrived it was the entire kit and caboodle! Their customer service is elite and turn around time top tier! My daughter is going to donate the first casserole to charity. We will defo be purchasing again. Got my eye on the roasting dish in black, just waiting for restock.

Intended on purchasing Le Creuset shallow casserole but discovered Kit and Co whilst researching. The quality is as good and I can't rave about it enough plus the price is super affordable for such a kitchen work horse. If you're also fortunate to own one google jamie oliver quickest white fish tagine and whip it up, you wont be sorry!!

I cook a lot of stir fry’s in mine . The only thing is that is goes brown on bottom of the dish while veges are cooking . Takes a bit to take off . Because if you scrub the white enamel comes off.

Not only does it look great, but it cooks and cleans so easily. I bought the 26cm shallow and it can easily cook for 4 people. I use it on my gas hob, fireplace and oven. I love it so much that I even took it away with me on holiday. Cast iron is the best cookware. Kitco has done a great job with the modern colour range.

Wish I'd bought this years ago. Versatile (have used in the oven and on the induction hob), use less heat and quicker to cook meals, very easy to clean.
