I first bought the same size dish in Vanilla (yellow) and love it so much that I bought another. From oven to serving at table, cast iron is the only option. I'm looking forward to winter and having one cooking on the fireplace and the other in the oven.

I'm new to using this kind of cookware, having coveted it for years. I am blown away! The quality of the dish is everything that I could have hoped for. I have followed the instructions for use. I was concerned about cooking things on a low element setting, thinking things would never sear etc. I could not have been more wrong. I will be adding to my collection. I also brought as xmas gifts for my children. I couldn't believe their reaction. They are so delighted with this addition to their kitchen. I have been getting constant updates on what they are cooking tonight. I am so happy with my purchase. The delivery and the service. I couldn't recommend Kitco more if I tried. LOVE IT! perfect size, cooks evenly, easy to clean. My favourite colour.

I'm in love with my black casserole dish. I like the weight to cook with, once it's up to the required temperature I can dial back the heat. So far I've cooked the obvious casseroles, used it to scramble eggs, brown meat and cook sausages. I store it on my stove top because it so nice to look at, it makes my tired old kitchen look stylish! It's easy to clean and I imagine it will out live me. Kit Co is a lovely company to deal with.
