Shipping policy

KitCo orders are usually dispatched the same business day your order is placed.  Please note that during promotional periods, your KitCo order may be dispatched up to three days after your order is placed.

New Zealand orders:

North Island:

A flat freight fee of $9.99 will be added to each order.  If you are a rural delivery customer a fee of $14.24 will be added to your order.

South Island:

A flat freight fee of $12.99 will be added to each order.  If you are a rural delivery customer a fee of $18.24 will be added to each order

Waiheke Island and Chatham Islands:

A flat freight free of $38.89 will be added to each order

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Great Barrier and Stewart Islands.

Delivery will be by courier and contactless. Allow up to five working days for delivery.

Australian orders:

We are not shipping to Australia currently due to high courier costs.
