I've chosen a nice medium size number for the first Kitco release, I think it helps keep the heat even and isn't too overwhelming. It's great to replace all your frying pans - but you can also do stovetop to oven numbers like skillet cookies, frittatas, eggs shakshuka, and just generally all your frying and sear to bake needs!
