Shallow casserole

So pleased I purchased this pan. I look for more recipes just so I can use it. As there's only two of us it's perfect size. Spanish potatoes, curries, vege bake to name a few. Love it!

Shallow Casserole

Just as with it's bigger version this pan cooks so evenly. Food simmers away gently all over the surface, not just in spots here and there. At first I thought it would be difficult to clean because it doesn't have the traditional non stick surface (teflon) but I needn't have worried. It cleans up like new very easily.

Awesome dish, very versatile easy to clean, great for making a cheese toastie, and scrambled egg, love that it goes in the oven and stovetop.
